Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Western Oregon University. Please fill out this group visit request form and we will get back to you shortly to continue planning your visit.

• Groups must have no less than one chaperone for every 15 students.
• Visit itineraries are based upon student ambassador, admissions staff, campus departments, and classroom space availability.
• This form gives you the opportunity below to request tours, student panels, and presentations with other campus departments. If you would like to add something to your group visit after you have submitted this form, please contact our Coordinator for Visits with your request; do not reach out to the other department directly. The Coordinator for Visits will work with our campus partners to schedule your request if possible.
• You must notify the Coordinator for Visits with any changes to your visit, including a visit cancellation, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note: any changes in the number of people attending, as well as arrival or departure times, may impact our ability to proceed with the originally scheduled activities.

In-Person Group Visit Expectations:

• Please do your best to arrive at the specified check-in time.
  • If your group arrives late, your visit itinerary may be changed at the discretion of the Coordinator for Visits and Admissions staff. Our Campus Ambassadors are current students and may not be available outside of their scheduled time.
• All group visit parking will be available in Lot W (Behind Welcome Center)
• Chaperones must be present at all times during activities and are responsible for monitoring the behavior of the students.
• Please set expectations with students prior to your visit. Students should be respectful toward the student Ambassadors and presenters, as well as our institution, campus, and community. Our Ambassadors reserve the right to end a tour at any point due to inappropriate behavior.
• During visit activities, students should have all electronic devices silenced and put away, and be as present as possible.
• Visits are more beneficial if the group comes prepared with questions!
