The WOU Admissions Office welcomes group visits from high schools, community colleges, athletic teams, and community organizations. These visits are designed for groups of 10 to 40 participants and must be coordinated and chaperoned by an official staff member from the sponsoring school or organization. We require one chaperone for every 10–15 students.

Group visits are available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., during the academic year (excluding university holidays and closures). To help us prepare for your visit, please submit your request at least one week in advance.
