PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL HIGH SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATING.

• There is a limit of 30 students that each high school or organization can bring. Registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• There must be 1 chaperone per every 15 students max
• The registration fee will be $35 per attendee (chaperones and students), which covers lunch, a t-shirt, a sling backpack, and materials for each attendee.
• Billing and invoicing information will be given after you complete final registration. This will be emailed to the contact information you provide directly.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THIS FORM: March 6, 2026
After submitting this form, there will be a follow up email sent to you to submit your final REGISTRATION for the conference. Groups that do not submit this participation form prior to March 6th, 2026, are not guaranteed a spot at the conference.
