How to Submit Official Transcripts
Why does it matter?
- Get your credit
- We want to make sure every college-level class you’ve already taken counts toward your degree here, and we can only do that using official transcripts.
- Smooth sailing
- Having these on file now prevents registration holds later, so nothing stands in the way of you picking your favorite classes.
What does "official" mean?
Think of it like a verified DM—to be official, the transcript must come directly from your school to us. If you download it and send it yourself, it’s "unofficial." We can use those for a quick look, but we need the official version to award credit.
- Note: If you're still in classes, just send a "Final Official" transcript once you graduate or finish the term.
How to send them
The easiest (and fastest!) way is to have your school send them electronically via a service like:- Parchment
- National Student Clearinghouse

Pro-tip: If you ordered your transcripts to be sent to yourself by mistake, you can still forward that email with your transcript link to us! If they were ordered in the last 30 days, we should be able to accept them. Just send them over and we’ll handle the rest.
If you’re hitting a snag or aren't sure who to ask at your school, just let us know. We Got You!
